I'm Frank Lawson, and I've been involved in investment real estate for over 10 years as an Investor, Mortgage Broker, Realtor and Hard Money Lender. During that time I've been to the closing table over 1000 times. I've seen good markets and bad, and I've made a lot of money in all of them. But along with my successes have come my share of failures. Each market is different, and you have to approach it uniquely. I learned the Real Estate Investment trade by reading what experts who came before me did, and through trial and error -- sometimes a lot of error.
